The Federation Internationale de Gymnastique, also known as the FIG or International Gymnastics Federation, is the main governing body for international gymnastics competitions. It covers seven different types of gymnastics: women's artistic, men's artistic, rhythmic, aerobic, and acrobatic gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling, and gymnastics for all (group gymnastics).
